At Pleasure Curve, education is a huge part of our mission, which is why we try our best to help you make an informed decision before you purchase.
Please read all product descriptions, ingredients lists, and measurements carefully before you buy and feel free to contact us with any product related questions prior to making your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Given the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products unless there is a manufacturer defect.
As soon as something leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This includes new items in their original packaging.
We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, please contact us for troubleshooting help. If our staff deem the item to be defective, we will replace it with the same item within 15 days of your order being received.
For defective items outside of the 15 day initial period, we will assist you in contacting the product's manufacturer directly to find a resolution to your problem.

Order cancellations
We are unable to cancel and refund orders after they have been processed. Please email us if you are unsure your order has been processed.
Missing / Stolen Parcels
Please email us at the address below with the subject line MISSING PARCEL and we'll do our best to track down your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to send a replacement free of charge.
